By creating an account or placing an order with BoostNomad ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

BoostNomad provides social-media promotion and engagement services for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Engagement is delivered through genuine promotion and our team — we do not use fake accounts or malicious automation.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Funds added to your wallet are held as credit toward services and are non-transferable. Top-ups are reviewed and approved manually.

Orders begin as Pending and progress to In Progress and Completed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You must only submit links to accounts/content you own or are authorised to promote, and keep them public for the duration of delivery.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful content or in violation of any third-party platform's terms. Each social platform maintains its own rules; you are responsible for understanding how promotion may affect your accounts.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostNomad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
